10-day online Flow, pranayama & meditation

It's time to shake off the winter vibes, welcome the spring and the sun.

For 10 days in a row, how about getting up early to kickstart the day with 30 minutes of yoga, followed by 10 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises) and 20 minutes of meditation. Boost your energy and mood while also calming the nervous system.

Short on time? I know that I easily 'waste' 60 minutes each day on doom scrolling, YouTubing, unnecessary news intake etc. So if you're anything like me, you can probably find some time.


The meditation will be suitable for absolute beginners, but also more seasoned practitioners who like to understand the foundations of what we're really aiming to do. We'll systematically move us through the four foundations of mindfulness.
