ATTENTION
SESSIONS vol. 1
When: Sunday, November 17th, 18:00-20:30
Where: Livingroom – for creative souls, Carrer Despuig 52, Palma De Mallorca
Price: €25
So many things today demand our attention and we're constantly interrupted. It feels like we are being hijacked, and in many ways that’s exactly what is happening. You may have noticed how our attention span is growing shorter, it’s increasingly a challenge to stay focused on the things we value the most.
At the same time, we know that our attention is worth its weight in gold - what we focus on grows. So to navigate through these times of increasing chaos, we’ve decided to create a space to collectively and intentionally take back our power to choose when, where, what and for how long to focus; to (re)attune all of our senses, look up and reconnect with ourselves and the world.
We have identified certain practices that can take us on a journey of awareness. In the Attention Sessions we will explore deep listening, breathwork, movement and touch as portals for heightened attention.
It all starts with cultivating presence by getting out of our head and into our bodies.
Just being here now can feel like a revolution.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes, but don’t expect a workout. All props etc will be provided. Tea and cookies are served at the end.
