A gathering of mindfulness + co-creation
Grace and Victoria invite you to AN ODE TO BEING Volume II, at a funky farmhouse turned retreat sanctuary, set amongst fields and forest in Western Poland.
Imagine five days dedicated to cultivating presence, playfulness and co-creation.
It will be a full program balancing practices to bring you in touch with your inner oasis, such as meditation, mindfulness and writing prompts, alongside creative and playful togetherness via SWEAT BODY dance routines, killer soundtracks and courageous expression.

The whole thing will culminate in AN ODE TO BEING, a ceremonial celebration of life with all its magic and flaws.

A full digital detox is encouraged.

We are hoping to set things in motion before we even get together physically, in Poland, with a digital meeting across time and space that will spark the creative flame.

THE SPACE
Turquoise Island is a eco-conscious, vegan retreat sanctuary, featuring cosy rooms, with sweet decorative touches. There are 16 hectares of land, two lakes on the property, as well as a sauna and hottub. The hostoric buildings date back to the late 1700s and have been restored with care and attention to detail. There's a gorgeous yoga shala, with a state of the art sound system, and many places both indoor and outdoor to relax and to explore.
HOW TO GET HERE
Turquoise Island is about 3,5 hours by car away from Berlin.
It's also possible to travel by trains, nearest train station is Jelenia Gora.
From there pick-ups/drop offs are organized at a cost of 100 PLN pp round-trip.
For those travelling from further afar, the nearest airports are Dresden in Germany or Prag in Czech, both are connected by Flixbus to Jelenia Gora.
