THE GATHERING
Some years ago I discovered that every human is bright and beautiful, if you let them be.
I am interested in creating spaces that are supportive, nourishing and creative.
At this gathering, we'll try to strike the balance between discipline and playfulness.
We'll get up early, and do practices that cultivate wellbeing, ease, and that soothes the nervous system.
But there will also be lot of play. There will be creative as well as culinary workshops. There will be an emphasis of PLAY in the movement classes. We'll watch the Greatest Show on Earth (sunset) together.
And even though there's a solid framework and schedule for the retreat, that's helpful for letting go, YOU will help co-create this week in paradise. Together we'll shine bright like diamonds.
A full or partial digital detox is extremely helpful for all of the above. Trust me.

THE PLACE
Of all the retreat locations I've worked, this is by far the most luxurious. Normally I don't choose such posh places for my gatherings, but the owners Anna Paula and Gianluca are very special, and very kind people, and that shows in every and especially in the super sweet staff.
Also, it's located at one of the world's most spectacular places; the Amalfi Coast AND it has a private beach. It's a sandy cove, accessed from the rocky heights via a gorgeous path and featuring emerald water.
On the property you'll also find Roman ruins, endless lemon and olive groves, stellar views as well as donkeys, chickens and cats.
You can easily spend your whole retreat never leaving this place.
But Sorrento is a forty minute walk away (there's a free shuttle). And it's also quite possible to visit Pompei, Vesuvio or Naples.
The food at the Relais is amazing. Breakfasts is a real treat, featuring the yummiest oat cappuccinos and fresh squeezed orange juice. And since we're near the birthplace of pizza, there will be some of that too. You're in for a real treat with many layers and textures.
